This home is wonderfully situated on a spacious corner lot in a nice neighborhood with close proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars, and everything you want from The Beaches area. Backyard area is delightful. Guests have access to the entire main house, front/back yard, front/back patios, and driveway. There are no shared spaces on the property. Park for free anywhere along the street or in the driveway. Getting around: Utilize the 4 beach cruiser bikes provided, walk, tap a free Beach Buggy via the app, or utilize Uber/Lyft which are normally available in the area.
